  : Location, price and comfort of the bed . Super cute decorations and very friendly staff . Not many other people and very private . Beach gear and a lot of quality restaurants in walking distance. Also the beach is so close !
  : Smaller rooms , not like a hotel but more of a motel Feel. Still a great bargain for the price . Clean and very comfy

  : Such a cute little nook! Multiple restaurants and the beach was within walking distance! Cute little town! We had our 17th Wedding Anniversary and had a wonderful time!
  : The bed was a little uncomfortable. I had to place my body in between the springs! The Gulf near Redington Beach had a lot of seaweed. The farther we went away from the shore the thicker it got! Someone needs to trim the seaweed! You never know what is under or in the seaweed!

  : Old Florida feeling, not luxury but very pleased because I got exactly what I expected. Nice clean room, old but well kept. Nice walking distance dining. Hosts were very nice and accommodating.
  : Hotel was fine, will stay agin.

  : The room only had a double bed which had a huge bump in the middle. The a/c unit was not running very well, noisy, air blowing directly onto bed.
